LEAGUE is for players who want to have little to no coaching and lots of scrimmaging and play time.

CLUB is for athletes who are more competitive and want coaching. Will be ran similar to indoor club with drills and some conditioning. You will be coached the entire time. IF YOU BRUISE EASILY FROM CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM AND PREFER A 'NO-PRESSURE ZONE,' THE CLUB DIVISION MIGHT NOT BE YOUR CUP OF TEA.

Can the athlete make it to practice?

May Practice times Wednesday's 4-5:30pm (Don't have to be able to make it to all practices times and can even miss all of May)

June & July practices times Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am - 12pm (Don't have to make all practices, can make up doing lessons or assigned homework by coach)

Is the athlete willing to get a little uncomfortable?

Playing in sand isn't easy but super fun. Being in Nebraska the weather can be hot, cold, windy, rainy and muggy to describe a few conditions.

Does the athlete want to do league or club?

If athlete wants to mainly have fun league would be best.

If athlete wants to be more competitive then club would be best.

What is the total cost?

$20 registration + $250 for Rec OR $500 for Club (Competitive)

When is payment due?

-Registration ($20) is due as soon as you fill out google form.

-Rec players: $125 investment will be due Wednesday, May 1st and $125 due Tuesday, July 2nd.

-Club (Comp) $250 Wednesday, May 1st and another $250 due Tuesday, July 2nd.

***Payment arrangements can be made.

Do you have to have a teammate to register or be accepted?

No, you do not have to have a partner or teammate. If you do not have a partner for Rec you will be assigned one daily and one for the end of the league TUV tournament. If you are wanting to do Club (Comp) you will be assigned a player that matches closest to your skill level.

Will there be carpool options? 

Yes, many parents connect and work together to get their kids to practices and tournaments.

What if athlete can't make both practice days?

-Unfortunately, there are no other days to make up practice times and we will not be able to move practice days due to other court rentals.

-Again, there will not be any days to make up practice on the sand, however, the athlete/s can book a lesson to make up for missed practices if desired. (lesson will be discounted to help with cost)

-If they can only make one practice day then the cost can be prorated accordingly. (All depends on the amount of athletes who sign up)

Must bring water, towel, active sunglasses, sunscreen, and beach volleyball clothing attire. (Sand socks are highly recommended!) (Team uniforms: No uniform required but optional)

DRESS CODE/ATTIRE:

Uniforms are not required but are encouraged. All athletes are REQUIRED to wear a top, for girls it must cover your midsection when standing, and bottoms such as spandex, shorts or leggings. No bikinis will be permitted for any team. For boys it must be a tank top or t-shirt that covers the midsection when standing, and bottoms such as board shorts, athletic shorts. No brief type swim trunks.

APPAREL REQUIREMENTS FOR USAV BEACH EVENTS

Uniforms are not required. However, matching color bottoms and tops are encouraged.

All athletes are REQUIRED to wear a top.

• Girls: Top must cover your midsection when standing. Bottoms must be spandex, shorts, or leggings. No bikinis will be permitted for any team.
• Boys: Must wear tank tops or t-shirts that cover their midsection when standing. Bottoms can be swim trunks, surf shorts, or volleyball shorts. No brief type swim trunks.

This is mandatory apparel at all BNQ, National Championships, and HP Championships.
