What We Offer
✓ Accelerated Skill Development: Beach volleyball forces players into 2-vs-2 environments on smaller sand courts. Without a 6-person indoor rotation, athletes cannot hide - drastically accelerating ball-handling control, defensive reading, and communication.
✓ The Sand Conditioning Advantage: Moving and exploding out of deep sand builds unmatched lower-body power. Our periodized sand training plans are proven to double an athlete's indoor vertical leap, lateral quickness, and overall endurance.

WHAT TO BRING & APPAREL RULES
- Water Bottle: Explicitly labeled with your name (hydration is critical in the sun).
- Sand Socks / Athletic Shoes: Optional but highly recommended for extreme summer heat days.
- Girls Training Apparel: Spandex, athletic shorts, or leggings paired with a t-shirt or tank top. Note: No bikini tops or swimwear are permitted at practice.
- Boys Training Apparel: Board shorts, swim trunks, or volleyball shorts paired with a tank top or t-shirt. Note: Brief-type swim trunks are prohibited.
- Sun Protection: Sunglasses, hat/visor, and sports sunscreen.
Extras & Logistics
Tournament Memberships: To compete in local Nebraska BNQs, USAV qualifiers, or Beach Nationals, players must secure an active GPR Full Season or Outdoor Membership and input their USAV ID into PlayMetrics.
Sanctioned Tournament Fees: Optional tournament circuits typically average $80 per team ($40 per player). Athlete pairs will handle individual registrations for desired external weekend events.
Weather & Cancellations: All weather tracking notices, heat alerts, or rain delays will push instant automated notifications straight to your PlayMetrics app smartphone display.
Tournament Registration Matrix: Formal divisions are grouped by high school graduation year:
12U (Grad Year 2031+),
14U (Grad Year 2029+),
16U (Grad Year 2027+), and
18U (Grad Year 2025+).
